Only a month here but no red flags yet.
I work with people who all seem happy in their jobs. I certainly am. I have the trust of my manager and his manager. When i set an estimation, on when work is expected to be completed, they back me 100%. If something changes, all i need do is to explain what and why and they'll back me 100%.
