Accessible & Engaged - will roll up their sleeves and jump in from the top down!

They are active with the employees and are always available.
Understanding, down to earth, relatable, goal oriented

Hire people who are actually qualified for the position. Actually promote from within instead of having a position open for 2 weeks while the outside applicant submits a resume at your queue. Practice actual leadership instead of being a dictatorship
they need better communication skills
Leadership needs to push company culture and employee luxury spending from the headquarters to the remote locations.
Pay and benefits are above most companies. HR is responsive and they go above and beyond to support employees with emergency situations (donated PTO - option to purchase additional PTO).
Employee owned and good 401K options
I was super happy the Benefits seem good. The salary could be better but for now its good enough.
Industry Leading pay and benefits
The ESOP is pretty great.
I've been an employee here for more than 5 years and everyone that is brought on has lived experience but gets paid way too much. All management are making six figures Plus wow the vast majority of the workers who do the bulk of the work even administrative don't even touch 70k.
DCS Corp salaries are not competitive, and excellent work is not reward any differently that sub par work
No micromanagement - team pitches in to help one another for larger or extenuating circumstances. Streamlined processes - Manager communication is great!
Fun to be around all day long, like a family
Mission and Customer Focused with Results
We are all remote, but we meet briefly each day to touch base, apprise each other of our work progress, and find some common culture. Its great.
The way we work together to get things done. Everyone pitches in.
Learn how to do the job instead of just walking around waiting for your shift to end. Managers and supervisors are too busy incentivizing people who are part of their good old boy system with performance incentive bonuses for personal reasons previously discussed like big purchases
My coworkers are of mix of genuinely smart people, who are good at their job and work well, to people who should be in the fast food industry and do nothing but charge hours with no results
The administrative team is always looking to host events and fundraisers to get employees to come out and stay connected.
I am free to be the best of me. I just have to translate it into terms or conditions traditionally trained Engineers and Program Managers understand.
Employee oriented Senior Management demonstrates they are engaged to support every Employee!
There is somehow an inherent trust in each other that is just part of the culture. We're entrusted to do our job, at a rational pace. We do it, and expect the same of others. The culture promotes not overpromising, nit overextending. Nor does it promote slacking. Its just well balanced.
That everyone seems to approach things in a fair manner. And the way everyone tries to pitch in and help when they can.
Stop paying everyone equal overtime instead of one shift does 8 hours the next shift does 12 to 16 and rotate. All this just to make sure that the preferred employees who are just Yes Men and don't know the job are paid more. Management and supervisors need a complete overhaul without retaliation
There is no communication with management, and a general feeling that nothing we do really matters. No work life balance.
spoke to more than one person who I would work with after joining the company
Process was fair and follow up was fast
The way they tried to make me feel comfortable and at ease. I didn't feel like I was being interrogated.

Being able to solve problems, and doing work that matters in the world
First that I can work remotely. Second because I'm remote does not mean I am out of site out of mind. Third, I can flex some hours during the day as long as I make the meetings that I'm most needed in.
The people and the environment in which I work.
The ability to contribute to the Customer's Mission and Make a Difference for the Team!
The company needs a clear identity. Are you a large beuracratic contractor or a small efficient one. No one wants a small beuracratic contractor.
