They are good communicators, but they also are approachable and listen earnestly. I feel they have alignment between what's best for the company and what's best for employee owners. The growth of the company has been impressive, moreso when considering such a positive work/life balance.

No micro management or unnecessary work
How much they care about their employees and that they take the time to visit each site twice a year and meet with employees.
Hire people who are actually qualified for the position. Actually promote from within instead of having a position open for 2 weeks while the outside applicant submits a resume at your queue. Practice actual leadership instead of being a dictatorship
they need better communication skills
Leadership needs to push company culture and employee luxury spending from the headquarters to the remote locations.
