Accessible & Engaged - will roll up their sleeves and jump in from the top down!

Always Available to all employees.

They are active with the employees and are always available.

Understanding, down to earth, relatable, goal oriented

Brilliant, Profession, Focused and Engaged!

They are good communicators, but they also are approachable and listen earnestly. I feel they have alignment between what's best for the company and what's best for employee owners. The growth of the company has been impressive, moreso when considering such a positive work/life balance.

Only a month here but no red flags yet.

No micro management or unnecessary work

How much they care about their employees and that they take the time to visit each site twice a year and meet with employees.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Hire people who are actually qualified for the position. Actually promote from within instead of having a position open for 2 weeks while the outside applicant submits a resume at your queue. Practice actual leadership instead of being a dictatorship

they need better communication skills

Leadership needs to push company culture and employee luxury spending from the headquarters to the remote locations.
