The clients (most of them) are so much fun to interact with.
I wish the execs (especially CEO) were more involved/inspiring. They are at the office daily, but rarely interact with hourly employees.
It can be really fun and the clients are pretty cool, but the cliques and drama need to stop among employees.
Pay is below industry average, but most new hires are young and without a related degree, so they have nothing to compare to.
This is not high school and you are replaceable, no matter how amazing you think you are. Also, don't be the type of person who causes unnecessary distractions. This is a workplace. Yes, it's relaxed compared to others, but there still needs to be some level of professionalism among entry level coworkers. The leadership team needs to step up and lead by example in order for entry level associates to know what the expectations are. At the same time, we are all adults and should know how to behave as such.
