  • Focus on bringing in and developing strong talent and building the firm’s capabilities. There’s a lot of talk about comp, which is fine. But it never matters if people don’t know how to think through problems. Teach them to think.

  • There will be great managers and terrible managers. The terrible managers will make your time at Deloitte hell and the great managers will most likely be promoted. be prepared to make your work your life as there is no such thing as 'work life balance' like they try and portray.

  • Not as inclusive and supportive as it promotes itself to be and I think it's because management is always chasing the next big project to compete for. The the focus seemed to be directed towards recruiting as many applicants as possible to staff the next project.
