
Communication between department management and store management

Making my customers happy, designing floral work and displays
Associates do not care to provide a higher standard of service for customers because they are not paid enough.
My department manager has not trained them effectively. They often are not aware of proper procedures, or otherwise, do not care.
I do have a few co-workers that I enjoy being around. I enjoy our friendships, as well as making my floral customers happy!
Leadership at corporate and store level are good however I have a lot of issues with my department manager often taking advantage of his leadership in the department
