The most positive part about working for this company was the occasional free meal and the PTO.
Leadership needs a medical background. There is not a single member of management within the company that has medical or pharmacy experience. KPIs and money is of the utmost importance and employees are treated poorly by management staff.
I had a great team that was willing to work hard for me. As a supervisor I did all that I could to raise morale while dealing with unrealistic expectations set by upper management. Burn out was evident and happened quickly.
