What are some of the best things about your team?
The individual team members excluding management are adaptive and flexible. My team mates are some of the best people I know
I had a great team that was willing to work hard for me. As a supervisor I did all that I could to raise morale while dealing with unrealistic expectations set by upper management. Burn out was evident and happened quickly.
They are trying to help patients every day with passion
