CEO has lofty goals and ideas. However, he thinks too highly of himself and won't give up any decision making, so he is a bottleneck. He doesn't trust his employees and won't empower them to make decisions. Won't hire a project manager or scrum master. Has anger and trust issues.

Decent starting point for developers if options are slim, but extremely unhealthy environment.
Great place to learn, fast paced. Overworked and understaffed. More senior employees wear many hats. Company owner is very involved and mostly friendly but can be very mean at times. Must have thick skin
