What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is nice, and super open to questions. Easy to talk to everyone from different teams.

You aren't rushed or micromanaged. There is a lot of trust.
We have a lot of fun events even though we are remote, and they are very supportive in growth and learning.
Everyone helps everyone out and is supportive and collaborative. Its a very positive work experience and environment. I feel like I can produce results, help with problems without being judged, and work without feeling like I'm micromanaged.

The collaborative approach. The team leads and product owner really care about what I think and my thoughts on how to make something better.
The 34hr week schedule. It's totally up to you when you work and if you want to do a 4-day or 5-day work week.
Work culture is great. They sponsor events for everyone to hang out and get to know each other since it's 100% remote. But they have ample time off (4ish months in total) and 34hr 4-day workweeks. There really is a good balance between work and life.

The social events are fun. We have game nights, social hours, mocktail/cocktail events, and parties. It helps build relationships, especially since we have moved to a 100% remote work system.
