Flex scheduling and Fridays off, along with the maternity and paternity leave --- that's pretty cool.
The health benefits are really good, and they give us a lot of PTO
The pay and benefits package is above industry standards here and the culture and work environment here is unlike any other company I've worked at. This group of people are fun, hard working, and extremely driven. They go out of their way to get to know one another and support each other.

100% healthcare is the best part

The benefits and time off
They give a ton of PTO and put in new policies to help people out further. Such as an extraordinary circumstance policy, sick/caregiver leave, bereavement leave (which includes pets), maternity/paternity leave (12 weeks), all federal holidays, and then your normal PTO. They are very very generous.

The compensation package is fair and straightforward. You can check out the company benefits and career ladder on their website.

As I'm just starting I was shocked at the benefits that I could get. I interned at some other companies and things like 100% health care really doesn't exist so that shocked me.
We get a ton of PTO

They have a ton of benefits the most important one being 100% healthcare for all team members. Again, they really care about their team members and their mental health. In addition, they have a ton of time off, sponsor team remote travel to build culture, etc. Also salaries are visible on their site

It is really fair with a lot of pto
My favorite benefit is the 100% paid healthcare for all employees and contractors. In addition, we have flex scheduling and 4-day work weeks, which is great for remote work. You can also check the career ladder on Drund's website for compensation tiers.
Pay is way below industry standards because the business grew in a local, separated job market with little competition. Good place to learn but hopefully they can start to compensate better in the future
