Leadership team is helpful and is really great at guiding fairly new team members but even helping more senior team members who are looking to learn new things.

The product owner/CEO works more closely with our partners to get needs and requirements and conveys those to the team leads and team. The team leads aren't micromanaged but are trusted and empowered to make independent decisions to make our products and teams better.
