The team and overall processes are pretty organized and follows protocols which are super accessible. Meetings are effective and don't drone on needlessly. If you need to figure out an issue and need help all of the team members are pretty great about jumping on a call and helping out.

They are helpful and nice. Everything is a collaborative approach and I even got to help in some problem solving activities and share my ideas on issues.
Collaborative and most of them try to get to know you which can be hard because we are 100% remote
My teammates are great people who love working on new exciting projects. Everyone has unique insights they bring to their teams and love to solve problems and collaborate.
Strictly speaking for engineers: Openness, willingness to learn, and generally open to mentor (and be mentored) along with highly capable engineers.

The company grew through a startup culture that was competitive and immature at times. Fostering a more cooperative culture can help this
