CEO has lofty goals and ideas. However, he thinks too highly of himself and won't give up any decision making, so he is a bottleneck. He doesn't trust his employees and won't empower them to make decisions. Won't hire a project manager or scrum master. Has anger and trust issues.
Team leaders are all great people
Decent starting point for developers if options are slim, but extremely unhealthy environment.
