Leadership is broken into teams with their own team leads who report to the product owner. They are all really great people and promote professional development and building your skills while producing results.

Work culture is great. They sponsor events for everyone to hang out and get to know each other since it's 100% remote. But they have ample time off (4ish months in total) and 34hr 4-day workweeks. There really is a good balance between work and life.
