Custom support is atrocious, and generally incapable of solving on-campus solutions.
The culture the closer to the top is gossipy and insecure. Good folks are in the trenches and some mid-management roles. But HR sets an unprofessional tone and style in how they deal with employees, and they may be the root cause of many problems.
Far too many issues not addressed by management. Front line workers are constantly told "We want you to feel like you're part of us" and then left with no professional development or company culture events. Communication with upper management is FAR too slow.
