Professional development is non-existent even though they tout it as a key part of their "culture". Support your front line employees with more training opportunities and certification reimbursements.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well with each other
The team is highly cohesive. Since management has zero company culture, the workers themselves make their culture with outings, lunches, and fun activities.
