I have personally experienced the seamless process of the mission of easyJet. They have been very cautious throughout the pandemic. Even though our customers were angry in the beginning when their flights were cancelled, we certainly assisted them in rebooking and making the process efficient.

Having happy customers for sure. I go above and beyond to ensure they are treated with respect and valued. Without them we are nothing.

It comes down to the recruiting agent. Mine was amazing very people processed and I loved that the company had that aspect. Most interviews are intimidating and clinical.

It would be really amazing to get recognition in monetary value as the pay is not really on par. You have to make up somewhere for the people taking the calls to feel valued.
