easyJet Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It allows me to have free time to myself especially if i feel stressed or my anxiety goes off

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would appreciate they do not remove things like the commuter letter, a loyalty bonus base on seniority ( as we used to have) would show appreciation for people that are passionate for working with easyJet for long time.

It would be really amazing to get recognition in monetary value as the pay is not really on par. You have to make up somewhere for the people taking the calls to feel valued.
