Work culture was pretty good before they have done management changes
They are old mind set, if you are sick you are required to use PTO since there is no sick paid days. Got sick randomly and they want me to waste PTO hours. Starting pay is terrible and does not meet the minimum needed to live or survive in the bay area.
Leadership lacks strategic vision. Is mostly a product expert.
