Flexion is, by far, the best company I've ever worked for. The CEO is a fantastic role model, the people are inspirational, and I love that what we do makes a difference for patients every day.

A group of very smart people who truly believe in the future of Flexion. They are also very approachable which I appreciate.

The people! I absolutely love my colleagues. They are smart, fun, and motivate me to do my best work every day.

The compensation package is very very competitive. They use a mix of salary, bonus and equity, and I really appreciate that they reward top performers.

The people that I get to work with every day. Now that I'm working from home, my spouse says that he can hear me laughing all day.
