You ask for guidance and priority of specific tasks but it is never received.
The manager that hired me was an awesome person and respected your availability and knew how to say thank you.
Working in an hostile work place is draining. The manager's answer to everything is "if you don't like it you can quit!"
When executives find out an employee is being harassed or has been harrassed, the employee should not be told people will just think you do not like your job.
My supervisor/manager did everything to make me-lose eligibility for part-time benefits and then hired their children to work for them. I did the work of three or 4 different managers while receiving cashiers pay and harassed during RUSH and after for four out of the six years.
The customers/students are the only reason to pull myself out of bed to work in a negative environment. People above my pay grade do not listen to customers. Everyone above has ask me what to do in times when a management decision is needed and people ask me if I am the manager.
