A new store manager helps
Coworkers are fine, we're just all very burned out, and we've only been in position for 5 months.
I am the only employee at a store that used to have five employees. This change when we were bought out by an investment firm, and they decided to illuminate every other position in this location except mine.
If they only grew a backbone and stood up for themselves against the tyrant that we were forced to work under.
Communicate and get along better
Moral is always low even when you try to be positive and optimistic
