The supplement is the best part of the compensation because it allows you time to ramp up and make placements without being strapped on just the base salary.

Staring a position virtually is very different and hard to build relationships but we are constantly on meetings with one another and everyone is truly invested in knowing each other even if we are spread all over the country.

The leadership team is the most supportive team I have ever worked with. I say 'with' very strongly as they never make you feel as though they have more power than you. They have our best interests in mind day in and day out while still pushing us to be the best we can be at our jobs.
