Overall positive view, Cameron is pretty transparent on what is going on with the company as a whole, excluding sensitive information for higher level employees. Wish we kept the old layout for desks, since now we are more out in the open with less privacy and sickness seems to travel easier.

Cameron tries to be very transparent and accessible. He gives quarterly updates on the business and regularly attends social events. He seems to be well respected by just about everyone.
