I don't feel like my manager is really aware of what I do on a daily basis, which makes it hard to feel like the work I do is valuable.
Jive employees love to help others and each other out! We've participated in community outreach programs, service projects, and donating to Jive employees' and their families during trying times of sickness or death.
They need to get more aligned, organized, and communicate better. Too many departments silo the work they do, which causes duplication of work, confusion, and frustration between teams. They also need to recognize where their weaknesses are and hire key individuals to fill those gaps.
We are moving at such a fast pace that I feel mistakes are being made and expectations are high. Jive lacks seasoned executives that have clear goals and can effectively rally their teams to accomplish those goals. Ego needs to go, so Jive can progress to where it can be in the market.
