It's nice to have benefits and an IRA. Matching would be a nice bonus in the future, but it's been a great start so far.

Clear and direct leadership that can be respected. I love our executive team because they value openness, transparency, rewarding hard work, and leading from the front.

The workflow as a whole is excellent, and there's so much growth in terms of integrations, automations, and systems that it makes everything enjoyable across the board.

The compensation package is incredibly competitive, especially for a remote company. GR0 does not allow low COL areas to limit earnings potential, which is a huge plus.

Accessibility is so important in terms of company leadership, and the executive leadership at Gr0 does an exceptional job managing its employees and overall communication. No complaints at all.
