The pace is fast and the work can be demanding, but I have never felt like I was alone or didn't have help from team members or managers. It is a challenge to expand and grow and manage high volumes of work, but it's a challenge I am happy to take because of the culture here.

The amount of positive feedback and recognition always being shared, and the genuine "we are here to help you succeed" attitude from all higher ups.

How in sync we are and how our team lead/head of department is always looking for ways to help us and make sure we're achieving our goals.

They listen to you when you tell them you need more firepower to tackle the work -- they are willing to make hires to make sure you have a sustainable and reasonable workload.
