Does Grindr have any remote positions?
Grindr is committed to a "remote first" approach to work. Very few positions require anything more than occasional trips to the office to attend team off-sites, etc.
Some development teams and CS teams are remote only.
How's the vacation policy at Grindr?
Grindr has unlimited FTO (flexible time offer) for all employees.
Good, but doesn't increase with time at the company. You get 2 weeks a year, whether you've been here a month or 5 years.

Management/HR is too cautious around dismissing people who are not a good culture fit.
