Does Grindr have any remote positions?
Grindr is committed to a "remote first" approach to work. Very few positions require anything more than occasional trips to the office to attend team off-sites, etc.
Some development teams and CS teams are remote only.

Grindr has unlimited FTO (flexible time offer) for all employees.
Good, but doesn't increase with time at the company. You get 2 weeks a year, whether you've been here a month or 5 years.
