Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
my years of experience is greater than that required of the job. i asked for more in hiring process. with that said, i'm happy to be employed in this unstable economy and i really like my job. my team knows they got a good deal with me :) i appreciate them telling me that. it got my foot in the door

little opportunity over the years to really grow or be promoted - this is due various managements stepping in & having to rebuild my own relationships every time. with the last performance review and a high score, i stayed at the same rate/same title/same thing

It's difficult to quantify my compensation solely in equity since we're not a public company, but based on market research and benchmarks, I'm slightly paid under market rate in terms of salary. But it may be because big tech skews salary compensation data and has more financial resources

The salary band I was given is definitely on the lower end of someone with my experience.
I feel my compensation is a bit below market for my industry. One of the reasons I love Grindr is the wonderful culture however, it would be great if the salary ranges were adjusted to keep up with the market and current inflation we are experiencing across the country.
