Being shown the world through the queer lens. I come from sales offices where the majority of employees were cis, straight people where our water cooler talk is sports, weather, or family. At Grindr, the water cooler chat is pop culture, queer. It is refreshing to connect on a deeper level.

Nothing is going wrong, but a job is still a job
the work isn't exciting. we're becoming too process focused and therefore not shipping anything of value to our consumers
