Demotivational top down approach, deceptive corporate culture, unclear directives, questionable managerial practices, top management knows little no nothing about the industry they are operating in
Disappointing, in a nutshell. Behavior of upper level management is generally juvenile and leaves me unmotivated. Directives coming from the executive level are unclear and poorly organized. Greedy corporate culture that serves only the top executives and views all others as completely expendable.

lack of transparency, no support for employees, unwilling to invest in people, opaque policies, shortsighted, stingy, terrible communication from upper management. Toxic culture and little work-life balance. Not making moves intentionally or thoughtfully.
Owners family gets promoted in lieu of more senior and more qualified employees, raises not keeping pace with cost of living, office located in most expensive part of metro area and everyone required to be on site. Most employees can’t afford to live within a reasonable drive of the offic
