My manager is awesome but I can tell he puts up with a lot of crap from his bosses. And the owners kid tries to usurp him at every opportunity. I really feel bad for my boss. The VP doesn’t even know our names or the scope of what we do. It’s comical how uninvolved she
communicating. caring about their employee's well-being, morale, and quality of life.
Stop lining the pockets of the executive team at the expense of the everyone else working for this company
Treating employees with true respect. Acting with integrity and being accountable for their poor decision making..ie, executive team should not receive bonuses when store level employees are not bonused especially when executive spending/decision making causes employees to miss bonus opportunitis
Professionalism is lacking overall, need more specific industry knowledge at executive level

This company is great for people woth no souls amd investors that like losing their money.
Raises keeping pace with cost-of-living each year. Clear metrics to achieve performance increased and bonuses. Company pay a larger percentage of healthcare, ability to work remotely and senior leadership actually acknowledge that we exist
underpaid, undervalued, underutilized, opinion not valued or sought out, siloed and unable to progress and learn and advance. PTO is capped yet you are discouraged from taking it even when maxed out. dont mistake sexy cannabusiness for green rush bandits getting away with proverbial murder.
Being paid for extra work expected of me regularly
I should be paid for the work I am actually doing. Company leadership is quick to add extra responsibility and tasks to my workload but never wants to increase pay for additional workload. I have been accused of "not being a team player" if I will not continue extra work without extra compensation
The team has a great dynamic. We are all friends inside and outside of work, they are truly awesome people but we all deserve much better treatment. Only a matter of time before everyone leaves Dash several folks have already left due to the unchecked egos of owners and their kids, and stagnant pay
Store employees are all willing to go the extra mile for each other
Several coworkers are very hard workers and have a genuine interest in supporting one another on the job.

Truly the nonmanagement and middle management people are what make this place tolerable. They are all really great people, fun to talk to and really smart
Customer interactions are generally positive. Many long time customers who have become friends
Positive reinforcement from customers and certain coworkers (ie, a customer thanking me for how much I have helped them)
Working a number of friends
care about your employees. talk to them. find out what makes them tick. make an effort to make things work for you and them. not that hard. just treat humans as humans and not as variables in your get rich quick algorithm.
Didn't have a traditional interview
Interview process was fine, but oddly quick. It seemed like they didn’t really care if I met the qualifications, and they were kind of dodgy when I asked about advancement. They just said there’s lots of opportunity, but that has not turned out to be
just have an actual process
Knowing that I am able to provide the customers with the service they deserve
Seeing the hard work pay off
The only thing that’s a priority at this company is profit. They don’t even care about margin as long as they made a dollar off each sale. Which shows that they’re not thinking long-term, and they’re not making enough money to pay employees
not in my wheelhouse, no thanks
