Harris leadership has created a financially strong organization with a focus on an enduring future.
I work with a lot of people in a lot of different roles and areas of expertise. Even though Harris is very remote, the people I work with are all in it together as one unified team.
Management just recently was very unqualified. It appears they're trying to fix that. Harris is a place you can retire at. You will not get top pay but benefits are great and its very unlikely you'll be laid off. Maybe moved to another business unit but not laid off.
Small family division in a big company
It's a good company to start your career. It has all the elements and factors to nurture growth. But recognition at work come at slow pace. Long wait time for Promotions. Over rely on experienced and long time employees. Below average salaries and not a competitive match against competition.
