Benefits are great and I love working remotely.
We get some money back for things, but it does not make up for the salary they pay me. I should be making a lot more for the position I hold.

Compensation at Harris is about long term growth. While our comp packages are not cutting edge they are competitive.
Positive local managers and supervisors
Very much so and I am not the only one. Asking an employee to work for three BUs & expecting perfection is not smart planning. Pay them below average shows they don't really care about anything but M&A. Salaries need to increase 10 fold or they will lose very qualified talent to the competition.
Market average for same position is higher
The management team make no use of the talents of the staff, just come up with questions and solutions which are irrelevant in this century.

Annual increases do not happen. Bonus schemes are non-existent. Management do not listen to the employees or act for the good of the company. They do not respect Clients - who are also dropping the software.
Systems & Software is one of the subsidiary of Harris computers which is a good company for learning and opportunities. It has vibrant minds and great people that contribute success and value of the product. But the only downfall is being underpaid and not keeping up with the market compensation.
Market vs Current salary encourage to move to other place since augmentation is only inflation
