Cheap first and young. They always hire for admin roles and give them director type tasks, overwhelming them and therefore they leave.

Poorly, basically HR is there to support the C suite and not the employees. It's best not to go to HR for any issues because nothing is confidential. You cannot defend yourself if you get a warning, it stays on your file and therefore never leaves for all of Harris to see. HR is a very small group of ppl, not able to completely do the job of a true Human Resources dept.
