Employee can feel secure and express their ideas. Open culture, Work from home allowed, Events outside work, Focus on work getting done versus unnecessary politics

Our values. The three that stand out for me most which I see in the actions of everyone I interact with are, 1. Respect for the individual, 2. employment at the point of contact, and 3. Communication&share knowledge. We really do live and breathe by these values. They're not just posters on the wall
