Strong communication between members, a lot of knowledge and expertise that is shared throughout the team. The team really supports every person of the team professionally and personally.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work, the team, the growth, and the ability to run my day the way I want to. I like the freedom I have to direct my own day (assuming I meet my goals/targets)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our values. The three that stand out for me most which I see in the actions of everyone I interact with are, 1. Respect for the individual, 2. employment at the point of contact, and 3. Communication&share knowledge. We really do live and breathe by these values. They're not just posters on the wall
