The people are positive, the company is not.
Ask more questions, ask about goals, and intentions with the company.
Managers can be supportive, others not so much. This work feels like walking on egg shells. Careful who you trust.
No bonuses, or extra compensation for going above and beyond. Being sent to other facilites to work, but district managers not showing appreciation for it. The cook pay should be better overall. Salaried managers should be compensated for doing more than what they can.
There should be more communication on how district managers handle their facilities, and how to talk to them. We all want to be at a place where we feel like we’re doing good and of course take constructive criticism, but at a proper way of making it know
