I get thrown at different tasks each and every day with no clear allocation of work. It is becoming impossible to judge and plan my work day or week.
At least in my role, I am not sure how my next hour or next day or next week is going to look like. A project gets started and stopped out of nowhere due to some reason or another. Another project starts and then I get pulled out of it and get thrown into a different right in middle of the work.
