It was the worst experience. I have a family member that works for Hendrick in a different state and it has completely different expectations and they genuinely care for their employees.
I had a lot of hope going into this job I love the brand I thought I love the company after two years I realized it was a big waste of time and for any real change to happen they need to start at the top.
In the beginning it was fine, but as time went on it went downhill quick. Pay issues, management got worse, we'd work really long hours and did plenty outside of "selling," that we didn't get compensated for.
The managers were nice on the surface
