There is jo leadership here. So to make it better they need to find a way from make leadership a priority
When the other employees actually work together instead of favoritzing others to help. Or when others are genuien about wanting to help you get the job done.
If the boss was actually taking action on the problems instead of getting to work late, and the others not clocking in early when theres nothing to do theres more that happens here than what meets the eye.
