If the boss was actually taking action on the problems instead of getting to work late, and the others not clocking in early when theres nothing to do theres more that happens here than what meets the eye.
Being talked down to or being made to feel stupid is the problem and you learn how little your wanted or valued
No competative wages at all
My manager refuses to pay the employees what we deserve but he pays what he feels. He also doesnt include our tips in our check when the customers write it on the reciepts

Every team member always supports each other.
They come to work on time
We worked as a team instead of a employee I found a great place to work until Mrs Unika showed her true colors and will not hire me back as a housekeeper because that is not what she hired me for I was hired to do stayovers and laundry she doesn't want to hire me back because she wants her friends
Dont know that yet , their are some good people there . But a few bad ones
Stop gossiping about each other and going around spreading gossip

You can get whatever days you ask off.
Better employees and better management
Management changes absolutely, they hire family members and personal things are in the work place consistantly, verbal disrespect about employees behind their backs always happens. Respect is demanded but not given to anyone who is not a lead position. Proper staffing of employees needed instead
Managment on all levels top to bottom
Less complaining and more striving towards successful outcomes
there needs to be more community and communication between departments
