What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better employees and better management
Management changes absolutely, they hire family members and personal things are in the work place consistantly, verbal disrespect about employees behind their backs always happens. Respect is demanded but not given to anyone who is not a lead position. Proper staffing of employees needed instead
Managment on all levels top to bottom
Less complaining and more striving towards successful outcomes
