Great benefits, tuition assistance, time off etc.
Incentives are the best because it earning them by doing what you do everyday

Benefits packages are very expensive and have extremely high deductible.
Health insurance and dental and Rx
Complete package including paid time off, paid holidays and flexible cultural time off. Leaves available for elder or child care for those who need it.
Getting 10 % extra of my base pay rate for being bilingual.
Ability to bonus based on sales. Though it has been reduced this year.

I moved up from entry level, so my pay is based on my previous pay instead of what is comparable for my current role. I would like to see more answers to basic questions around fair pay
Developers are paid below the industry's regional average. Increase in salary across all development teams would resolve this problem.
To be competitive with other banks of comparable size.
i have with the company for 23 years this year they raised all the new employees to the same pay as myself and did not raise any of the loyal employees who have been there for years and more knowlegable

The specific branch that I work in has a high turnover rate and we are in a city setting which has its moments of being scary due to robberies in surrounding areas.
