
Well they should start by hiring people with experience.
They keep promoting inexperienced people - so things undenibly keep getting worse. They bring in experts who arent yes men, only to quickly exit them.
I cant think of positives. Its not that im trying to tank the score, i actually don’t think theres a positive. Theres a lot of performative people, which i get. Very sycophantic people reporting up to inexperienced senior leader
