My team is full of bright, driven people, who, above all else, want to be great at what they do
I love that I get to work on interesting problems, and that I'm being compensated fairly. Work is, at its core, a transaction between an employee and their employer, but IAS gives its employees a good deal.
IAS pushes you, which I consider to be a positive. There are so many things going on, I am often jumping from one project to another, and I rarely get bored, and I regularly feel like I'm doing work that matters
The leadership team is consistent in its messaging. We all know what values are most important to the org, and we all know what IAS is trying to accomplish, so it's easy for us all to align our work with what really matters
I feel fairly compensated for the value I add, though I think the best part of any compensation package is the ability to own shares of the company. If we all do our best work, those shares should reflect the value we've created
