colleagues lack of understanding of the products, the industry, their own roles. lack of accountability and avoidance to change. taking credit for other people's work
i'm not sure if there is anything i can say since the culture seems to be less concerned about actual delivery and accountability, and more concerned about making every happy, even those that arent doing their jobs.
accountability, one-team mentality that isn't one way street, execute on action, should be less concerned about the tone and more concerned about actual content, own up to their own mistakes and improve, stop repeating the same problems over and over, do your job and stop expecting others to do it
