I'm a longtime employee (won't disclose to keep anon but well before we went Public) & my experience has gotten worse and worse over time. I like the autonomy and my work/life balance but the things that frustrate us never seem to get addressed and I feel more and more undervalued.

Teams are stressed and stretched thin - hire more people for happier teams who will in turn be happier to connect with each other.

No pay increases for inflation even for people who are exceeding their goals or weren't able to reach their goals due to reasons outside of their control but are still excelling as employees. Hiring people too junior/inexperience because they are being cheap.

People are being undervalued for their contributions. We also haven't had a sales kick-off in three years which has been hugely detrimental to the sales team. We work with colleagues globally and across coasts and being able to collaborate in person is inspiring and important. Everyone is burnt out.

Transparency - they try to appear transparent but we never know what they are really thinking. There is a lack of innovation and they don't listen to us when it comes to sharing what would help us get new business and retain clients. They are out of touch which impacts the way we invest in product.
